Oxatis, a Marseille, France-based provider of a Softawe as a Service e-commerce platform for entrepreneurs and small businesses, has raised €4m from Crédit Agricole Private Equity and A Plus Finance.
Crédit Agricole Private Equity has committed €2.5m, while A Plus Finance, the company’s existing investor, will provide €1.5m.
The new capital will enable Oxatis to develop its platform concept and extend its offering to other complementary businesses within its ecosystem.
Founded in 2001, the company offers all the services required to set up and manage a merchant web site, including online software, shopping basket, hosting, secure payment, order management, inventory management, domain names and links with the main market players.
Oxatis currently operates in the French-speaking countries of Europe, Spain, Italy, the UK and Canada.
