The European Fund for Southeast Europe (EFSE) is providing Serbia’s Komercijalna Banka a.d. Beograd with a €20m loan.
The bank, which is one of Serbia’s largest banks in terms of assets with 25 branches and 253 outlets, will use the proceeds to finance investments and working capital with long-term loans worth up to €100,000 for local micro and small enterprises (MSEs) and individual entrepreneurs.
This deal follows a €20m loan that EFSE agreed to the bank in May 2009.
