Free e-Learning Module for SMEs to Protect Business in China

The China IPR SME Helpdesk has launched an e-learning module helping Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to understand how to protect their brand and their profits in China by registering, protecting and enforcing their trademark rights. 
The 25-minute module is written by Helpdesk experts and provides training on all aspects of protecting the brand in China answering several questions such as What is a trademark? Who should register a trademark? What can be done to enforce rights in China? Which are the process, costs, time and regulations involved in registering the mark?
The China IPR SME Helpdesk introduces European SMEs to the knowledge and business tools required to develop the value of their intellectual property rights and to manage related risks. It is headquartered in Beijing with regional offices in Chengdu, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Shangai, Shenyang, Shenzhen and Tianjin.
