Vacasa, a Portland, Ore.-based vacation rental management platform, raised $319m in Series C funding.
The strategic investment round was led by Silver Lake, with participation from existing investors Riverwood Capital, Level Equity and NewSpring.
The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its technology platform, accelerate expansion into new markets and grow new offerings, including its Real Estate division.
Led by Eric Breon, founder and CEO, Vacasa provides an integrated technology and services platform offering end-to-end vacation rental property management solutions to homeowners across the globe.
With its platform, the company manages more than 23,000 vacation homes and has hosted over 20 million guest nights since its founding in 2009. They currently employs more than 5,000 people.
