Coadjute Raises £750K in Seed Funding

Coadjute (fka Instant Property Network), a London, UK-based network for decentralized workflow and data sharing within the property industry, raised £750,000 in seed funding.

The backers were not disclosed.

The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop two products:
– Quality Chain: optimizing and tracking construction projects from inception to occupation, and
– Instant property: optimizing the buying and selling of property.

Led by John Reynolds, CEO and Founder, Coadjute leverages blockchain, IoT and AI technology to create decentralized cooperatively governed networks that enable businesses in the property ecosystems to collaborate and coordinate work and businesses processes in efficient ways through open data, shared ledgers, orchestrated workflow, smart contract automation and analytics.
