Templafy, a Copenhagen, Denmark-based provider of an enterprise template management and document creation platform, raised an additional $15m in Series B funding round.
In February, Templafy announced its initial $17.2m Series B round. Today’s funding brings the total amount raised since it was founded in 2014 to $40.2m.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth.
Led by Jesper Theill Eriksen, CEO, Templafy brings custom company templates, brand assets and best practice content together directly inside any office application, streamlining how users create on-brand and compliant documents, presentations and emails. In August, the company acquired SlideProof, adding a Berlin office to improve the overall productivity offering for enterprise customers around the globe. In October, it opened a U.S. office in New York City.
