Guy & O’Neill, Inc., a Fredonia, Wisconsin-based premier manufacturer and developer of household cleaning and personal care products, received an investment from Centre Partners, a middle market private equity firm with offices in New York and Los Angeles.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The investment was made alongside the company’s senior management team, which will continue to own a meaningful stake and lead the business under Centre’s ownership.
Founded in 1975 and led by Chief Executive Officer Tom Misgen, Guy & O’Neill is an established consumer products company focused on the household cleaning, personal care, and pharmaceutical industries. In particular, it provides a solution for blending, liquid-fill, converting and packaging needs for consumer packaged goods companies and retailers.
