DeliveryCircle, a Newark, DEL-based last mile logistics startup, raised a Series A funding round of undisclosed amount.
The round was led by Cambridge Capital, NFI and other strategic investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue its growth within the $3 billion segment of same-day delivery services.
Founded in 2014 and led by Vijaya Rao, CEO, DeliveryCircle provides an on-demand solution to enable enterprises to offer same-day delivery of critical goods to its customers. Through software and a mobile application, clients can match package sizes with a pool of professional, safe drivers and a variety of vehicle types.
