Flyr, a Santa Monica, California-based social-TV advertisement startup, raised $6m in funding.
Backers included Renderfam Studios.
Officially launched in January 2018 by Hassan Uriostegui, Flyr is an adtech startup that aims to democratize production of TV-quality advertisement for iPhone and iPad users worldwide. The company’s technology allows graphic designers and people with no knowledge to produce and customize TV-quality advertisements faster than video professionals.
The company has also signed a strategic partnership with Snapchat with the aim of powering their users with a specialized tool for creating high-quality advertisement content.
With more than 13,000 paid subscribers and one million user-generated projects, Flyr is now raising a Series A.
