Spinbackup, a San Francisco, CA-based provider of Cloud-to-Cloud Backup & Cloud Cybersecurity solutions for G Suite and Office 365, raised $500k in funding.
The round was led by Aventures Capital.
The company intends to use the funds to support other cloud providers in the near future.
Founded in 2014 by Dmitry Dontsov, CEO, Spinbackup offers market solutions in the field of cybersecurity. The company currently protects G Suite and MS Office 365 organizations. Customers include over 1,000 organizations with more than 150,000 G Suite users and 20,000 individual Google users. The list includes the University of Tokyo, Gurnick Academy of Medical Arts, Sensys Gatso, among others.
Spinbackup is an authorized Google Partner featured on the G Suite Marketplace, and an Advanced Technology Partner of Amazon.
