CoreValue, an Ukraine-based IT outsourcing company, received a minority investment from AVentures Capital.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed. In conjunction with the funding, Yevgen Sysoyev, managing partner of AVentures Capital, joined the BoD at CoreValue.
The company intends to use the funds to continue its growth path.
Led by Igor Kruglyak, CEO and co-founder, CoreValue is an IT-outsourcing company which employs 350 people to deliver advanced technology solutions (Mobility and traditional Cloud based CRM implementation services, Mobile applications in industries such as Pharmatech, Healthcare, and Finance) for both large (Fortune-50, 500) and medium enterprises from the United States and Europe.
The company is a Salesforce Consulting Partner and a Microsoft Gold Partner in Application Development.
