CloudHealth Technologies Secures $46M in Series D Financing

CloudHealth Technologies, a Boston, MA-based cloud service management company, completed a $46m Series D financing round.

The round was led by Kleiner Perkins Caufield Byers with participation from Meritech Capital Partners, .406 Ventures, Sapphire Ventures and Scale Venture Partners.

The company, which has raised $86m in total funding, intends to use the capital to drive global expansion.

Led by Dan Phillips, CEO and co-founder, CloudHealth Technologies provides a platform that gives enterprise companies and MSPs the ability to visualize, optimize and govern their cloud and hybrid environments. By providing analysis and deep insight into historical trends, capacity planning, resource optimization and resource automation, CloudHealth aims to enable stakeholders ranging from C-level executives to engineers, cloud specialists, architects, IT directors and LOB managers to improve performance and drive value through their cloud ecosystems.
The platform also offers recommendations around cost, usage, performance and security.

So far, in 2017, the company has grown its list of direct and indirect customers worldwide to more than 1,300 and opened offices in Amsterdam, Singapore, Sydney, Tel Aviv, and Washington, D.C. CloudHealth is planning to nearly double its global workforce to more than 250 in the 12 months ending Dec. 31, 2017.
