Knowmail, a Boston, MA-based startup that leverages Artificial Intelligence to enable employees to manage email, raised $3.5m in funding.
The round was led by CE Ventures, with participation from AfterDox, Plus Ventures, 2B Angels, INE Ventures, and unnamed private investors.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to develop the platform and expand operations.
Co-founded in 2014 by Haim Senior, CEO, Oded Avital, COO, and Avi Mandelberg, CTO, Knowmail has developed an AI-powered system that learns employees’ work habits in terms of individual preferences, behaviors and time management to improve their overall email and messaging experience.
It allows people to install and connect Knowmail to Microsoft Outlook, Virtual Personal Assistant or a Bot. In a few minutes, it learn habits and enables them to start working on their priorities by letting them reading their most important messages first, summarized and actionable.
