Flypay, a London, UK-based provider of digital solutions for restaurants, bars and pubs, raised £3.5m in funding.
Just Eat made the strategic investment.
The company intends to use the funds to expand the Flyt platform.
Led by Tom Weaver, CEO, Flypay provides a web and mobile app for restaurants, pubs and bar operators to manage bookings, loyalty programs, deliveries, reviews, etc. The company’s products include:
– Pay at Table, a solution that allows customers to check, split and pay for their bill;
– Bar Tabs, which allows customers to pre-auth their tab and walk out at the end of the night without needing to check out;
– Order and Collect, which gives customers the ability to order for takeaway; and
– Order at Table, aimed at counter service brands, which allows customers to order and pay for their meal without needing to find a waiter.
