Kids Planet, the North-West, UK-based children’s nurseries group, received a £10m investment from Business Growth Fund.
The company will use the funds to continue the roll-out its day care centres across the region opening five nurseries in the next two years.
Founded in 2008 by Chairman John Hoban and his daughter Chief Executive Clare Roberts, with Hoban’s other daughter Lucy Kaczmarska joining in 2013 as Director of Early Years, Kids Planet provides nursery care and education to around 1,700 children. All nurseries are fitted with facilities including structured learning and development activities, and are located close to transport links.
The company now owns and manages 17 nurseries.
