Bit9, a Waltham, MA-based provider of an endpoint security platform, closed $54.5m in Series F funding.
The round was led by current investor Accomplice’s new EarlyAccess program with participation from other existing investors .406 Ventures, Blackstone, Highland Capital Partners, Kleiner Perkins Caufield & Byers, and Sequoia Capital and new investors Evolution Equity and Founders Circle.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate growth, product innovation and international expansion.
