HookLogic Raises $15.5M in Series C Funding

hooklogicHookLogic, a New York-based provider of a performance marketing platform for brands, raised $15.5m in Series C round of funding.

Backers included new investors Fung Capital and Mousse Partners and existing investors Bain Capital Ventures and Intel Capital. In conjunction with the financing, HookLogic also announced the sale of its AutoHook division to Urban Science, a global provider of analytical solutions for automotive OEMs and their dealers to improve sales and customer loyalty.

The combination of the investment and proceeds from the divestiture will enable the company to accelerate international expansion and invest in new technologies.

Led by Jonathan Opdyke, CEO, HookLogic provides a performance marketing platform for brands to reach in-market shoppers, drive traffic to products, and attribute resulting sales. Network partners and advertisers include Walmart, Target, Best Buy, Macy’s, Expedia, Priceline, Hasbro, Intel, LG, L’Oreal, Mondelez, Philips, Microsoft and Marriott.
The company also has offices in Ann Arbor, Mich.; Santa Monica, Calif.; and London.
