SnapLogic Closes $20M Series D Financing

SnapLogic_LogoSnapLogic, Inc., a San Mateo, California-based provider of an elastic integration platform, closed a $20m Series D financing.

The round was led by Ignition Partners, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz, H. Barton Asset Management, Pharus Capital Management and Triangle Peak Partners.

The company, which has raised $60m to date, intends to use the funds to grow its field sales, marketing and operations while continuing to build big data wrangling and streaming capabilities of its connectivity platform.

Led by Gaurav Dhillon, CEO, SnapLogic provides organizations with a platform to accelerate the “cloudification” of enterprise IT with multi-point and connectivity of data, application and things. The company’s recently announced Fall 2014 release introduced big data wrangling and major enhancements for Hadoop 2.0 deployments with plans to add native support for Apache Spark in upcoming releases. The platform has been certified by Hortonworks and Cloudera.

Clients include Adobe, Acxiom, Blackberry, CapitalOne, Cisco, iRobot, Netflix, News Corp., Rocket Fuel, Target Stores, Yelp and Xactly.
