Lever Raises $10M in Series A Funding

leverLever, San Francisco, CA-based provider of a hiring and talent management platform, raised $10m in Series A funding.

The round was led by Matrix Partners. In conjunction with the funding, Dana Stalder, general partner at Matrix, will join Lever’s board.

The company intends to use the funds to launch out of beta and continue to grow operations. It is hiring.

Co-founded by CEO Sarah Nahm, CTO Nate Smith and CPO Randal Truong, Lever provides a web app to improve the recruitment process at the organizational level by enabling managers and employees to engage and collaborate throughout all phases of hiring. It features customizable jobs page, sourcing, pipeline management, interview scheduling/feedback and report solutions.
