Vopne Capital, a San Francisco, CA-based private investment firm, launched its first fund, with $20m.
Vopne Capital Fund I will focus on acquisitions, recapitalizations and financings of companies in the lower middle market, with EBITDA of $1-5m.
Founded in 2012 and led by Jim Bloom, Managing Partner, Vopne Capital invests in manufacturing, healthcare, industrial and business services companies.
It targets transactions requiring total capital – equity and debt – of $5-25m.
