Backers included new investors JP Charter Oak Advisors of New York City and the Angel Investor Management Group of Alabama and existing investors Fulcrum Equity Partners and Imlay Investments.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate its growth in financial services and other key markets including legal and commercial real estate.
