uSamp, a Los Angeles, CA-based provider of real-time insights, closed a $15m Series D financing.
The company intends to use the capital to accelerate the development of its Instant.ly platform,
Founded in 2008 and led by Alan Gould, CEO, uSamp provides technology and survey respondents to obtain consumer and business insights. The company’s mobile technology and SaaS platform allows companies to gain intelligence to make decisions about their products and services by using a 12 million member global panel of survey respondents.
It employs more than 200 team members throughout offices in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Clients include General Mills, Google, Microsoft, Clorox, Loews, NBC, WPP, Nielsen, Ipsos, and GFK, among others.
