Private investment firm Clearview Capital closed its latest fund at $325m.
Backers included endowments, foundations, pension programs, consultants and high-net-worth family offices. Atlantic-Pacific Capital served as global placement agent for the fund.
Formed in 1999 by Jim Andersen and Cal Neider, Clearview specializes in acquiring North American companies with operating profits of up to $20m.
It has offices in Old Greenwich (CT), Chicago and Los Angeles.
