SkyKick Raises more than $3.7M

SkyKick, a Seattle, WA-based provider of a migration application that allows IT partners to move small and medium-sized businesses to Office 365, has raised more than $3.7m in funding.

Backers are unknown.

Founded in 2011 by Co-CEOs Evan Richman and Todd Schwartz and CTO Brad Younge, SkyKick provides a cloud-based application Suite that helps IT Consultants, System Integrators, Managed Service Providers, Value-Added Resellers and other IT partners, manage the steps of a project including the sales, planning, migration and on-site phases of their customer’s move to Office 365.
Office 365 is a Microsoft-hosted suite that includes Word Online, Excel Online, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Lync Online.
