Altitude Digital, a Denver, Colo.-based online display and video advertising company, has raised $5m of growth capital from Mercato Partners along with a new credit facility was provided by Silicon Valley Bank.
The company intends to use the capital for marketing initiatives, new customer acquisition and for the expansion of its technology platforms.
Founded in 2009 and led by Jeremy Ostermiller, CEO, Altitude Digital provides online display and video advertising technology. Its video division, Visualtising, offers online publishers with a Supply Side Platform (SSP) to optimize their ad space and eliminate unnecessary ad operations costs.
In conjunction with the investment, Mercato investment team members Alison Wistner and Greg Warnock will join the company’s board of directors.
