Magnetic, a NYC-based provider of search retargeting solutions, has raised $10m in Series B funding.
The round was led by Edison Ventures, with participation from IA Capital Partners, NYC Seed, NYC Investment Fund, Jonathan Kraft, Neu Venture Capital and Charles River Ventures.
The company intends to use the capital to further accelerate growth and product development.
Led by CEO James Green, Magnetic offers search retargeting capabilities and proprietary keyword generation solution designed to power both brand awareness and direct response campaigns, and enable advertisers to target and engage users outside of the search engine with creative messages. The company currently employs over 40 people and operates offices in Detroit, Chicago and Los Angeles.
