X2IMPACT Receives Investment from Kodiak Financial Group

X2IMPACT, a Seattle-based technology company dedicated to providing useful systems to help stop sports brain injury (SBI) in youth, high school and NCAA contact sports, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from Kodiak Financial Group LLC.

Founded by President and CEO Christoph Mack and Rich Able X2IMPACT is developing impact cloud-based monitoring systems designed to provide real time, high quality information about head impact events that cause sports brain injury (SBI). The software analyzes, tracks and reports potential SBI impact in real time, alerting coaches, trainers and parents of hits to the head and assists in making bench versus play decisions.
The systems are currently in pre-production phases with a number of schools and professional sports teams, with market launch targeted for summer 2012.
