ClickSquared, a Boston, Massachusetts-based provider of cross-channel marketing software and services, has closed a $9m equity financing.
The round was led by Staley Capital, with participation from existing investors Flybridge, JMI Equity and ABS Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to increase the visibility of ClickSquared in the marketplace, grow its sales force and augment infrastructure investments.
Led by CEO Wayne Townsend, ClickSquared recently launched its SaaS marketing platform, the Cross-Channel Marketing Hub, which combines enterprise-class campaign management, marketing database management and customer intelligence tools with delivery and execution across email, print, web, survey, mobile and social channels.
Clients include brands such as ARAMARK Parks and Destinations, The Boston Celtics, Capital One Bank, The Dallas Stars, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Greyhound, HomeAway, Hyatt, Lenovo, Leading Hotels of the World and Santander.
ClickSquared has offices across the United States as well as in the United Kingdom.
