Rootstock Software Receives Investment from Cross Atlantic Capital Partners

Rootstock Software, a San Ramon, CA-based Software as a Service (SaaS) provider of manufacturing enterprise software, has received an investment of undisclosed amount from Cross Atlantic Capital Partners.

Launched in 2008 by CEO Pat Garrehy, Rootstock Software is a certified NetSuite Solution Provider specializing in the NetSuite Manufacturing Edition, a cloud-based suite that helps middle market companies manage their business processes.  It includes production management and control, manufacturing resource planning, integrated inventory and dynamic replenishment, warehouse management, financial accounting and costing, customer and partner relationship management, contract manufacturing and ecommerce.

Clients include companies spanning a variety of industry verticals such as consumer electronics, automotive, defense, contract manufacturing, high technology, biotechnology, medical equipment, food & beverage, capital equipment, and industrial equipment.

Radnor, Pa.-based Cross Atlantic Capital Partners is a venture capital firms operating in the mid-Atlantic region to invest in early- to mid-stage technology companies in the United States.

  • I think any business or enterprise should have a stable process of how the business will work. I think a company should have a unified system that works really well. The business-owner should know what the targets are and how to implement an efficient system that works in the very heart of the process, from inventory management control to tracking the asset-making for future profit.
