InnoMotix GmbH, a Feldkirchen-Westerham, Germany-based developer of a patented cylinder control enabling pneumatic machinery to run more efficiently, has received an undisclosed sum from High-Tech Gründerfonds, Bayern Kapital and angel investor Dr. Rolf-Christian Wentz.
The technology developed by the Grerman company uses a combination of electronically controlled exhaust air throttling and counter-current for cushioning.
According to Manfred Kober, co-founder and CEO of InnoMotix, the investment will allow the company to successfully enter in the market.
“Now we can perfect our software, quickly develop our prototypes into marketable products and develop other sizes. In the autumn of this year we want to enter the market”, he said.
Commenting on the investment, Dr. Wentz, added: “The InnoMotix cylinder control has already received a strong response from customers. This lets us expect a very successful market entry”.
