Zycko Ltd., a UK-based specialist services distributor, received an investment from Rigby Private Equity (RPE), the private equity arm of Rigby Group Investments.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand throughout the EMEA region.
Established in 1999 and led by David Galton-Fenzi, CEO, Zycko is an international, specialist distributor of innovative IT solutions including data networking, data storage, network monitoring and management, voice and video communications, virtualisation, cloud, and data centre infrastructure.
The company has 14 offices in 12 countries.
In July, Rigby Private Equity made a major investment in leading specialist security value-added distributor Wick Hill, a distributor specializing in secure IP infrastructure solutions.
