EvoNexus Announces Newest Classes of Startups

EvoNexus, the technology incubator and hub for Southern California’s entrepreneurial and startup community, announced its newest class of technology startups.

Of the 182 applicants, 13 companies were admitted.

EvoNexus San Diego will host 6 new companies in the Downtown location and 3 new companies in La Jolla while EvoNexus Irvine admitted 4 new companies.

The 13 companies are:

San Diego/La Jolla
CleverPet, which builds intelligent robots that engage with dogs while their humans aren’t home.
Grolltex, a provider of graphene based advanced materials and equipment;
Solenica, which designs Italian robots that improve the interior environment of home.

San Diego/Downtown
AttackIQ, which provides a continuous security testing platform to challenge existing host, network and cloud infrastructures.
CourseKeya higher education software management platform that is used to enhance communications in classroom settings between professors and students.
Englue, which provides B2B leads using artificial intelligence.
Fanpics, which installs its proprietary camera technology into venues to capture every fans reaction to the big moments at the event.
Motorosoa Market Network for the $36B Automotive and Powersports aftermarket.
Skysens, which is building an automated scalable drone charging infrastructure.

Irvine:
Evasyst, a command center for competitive gaming.
Kuddly, an app that gives pet owners 24/7 access to verified veterinarians around the world.
Marvel Coupon, which develops Unique Mobile Coupon APP.
Cloudspot, a transparent 3rd party software created to be the fastest and most customizable way for professional photographers to deliver, sell, and share their photos. It will be the hub of all integrated services they use across the entire spectrum of their businesses.
