Solaria Raises Additional $20M to its Series D financing; Closes at $65M

Solaria Corporation, a Fremont, CA-based global manufacturer of solar photovoltaic modules, has raised an additional $20m to its $45m Series D financing round.
This brings the total amount raised by the company in this round to $65m.
This closing, which includes a $10m growth loan facility, sees participation from Adams Street Partners, Cycad Group, and Western Technologies, Inc.. They joined Series D investors CMEA Capital, DBL Investors, Sigma Partners, NGEN Partners, Mitsui Ventures and Savitr Capital.
enXco also participated in the final close with a small investment.
Solaria will use the new funds to accelerate production of their patented modules and make them available to solar system integrators, project developers and electric utilities in North America, Europe, and Asia.
