Eiwa, a St.Louis, MO-based provider of a farming ecosystem data cloud, raised an undisclosed amount in Series A funding.
The round was led by Serra Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and business growth across the North America, Brazil and LATAM markets.
Led by CEO Nicolas Otamendi, Eiwa provides a vault cloud platform that operates with disparate data from a variety of sources and formats and from multiple locations to further the development and placement of new farm inputs accelerating the overall product development process. Entities representing several Ag segments, including Seeds, Crop Protection, Crop Nutrition, Biologicals and Research Institutions, have benefited from mobilizing their agronomic knowledge.
