Lisnr, a Cincinnati, OH-based provider of an audio-based marketing and content distribution platform, closed a $3.5m Series A financing round.
The round was led by Progress Ventures with participation from Jump Capital, CincyTech, Serra Ventures and Mercury Fund.
Led by Josh Glick, Nikki Pfahler, Chris Ridenour, Chris Ostoich, and Rodney Williams Lisnrprovides a mobile engagement platform that allows consumers to interact with media and the live environment everywhere.
It aims to create a layer of exploration and discovery in audio, connecting fans with artists and bringing interactivity to live events.
