SwiftConnect Raises $9M in Funding

SwiftConnect

SwiftConnect, a Stamford CT-based software platform to solve real estate logistical challenges of the hybrid work environment, raised $9M in funding.

The round was led by JLL Spark Global Ventures and Navitas Capital with participation from World Trade Ventures, Concrete Ventures, Silvertech Ventures, 1414 Ventures and NetOne.

The company intends to use the funds to hire efforts, scale the software offerings, and bolster strategic partnership opportunities with real estate companies and enterprises.

Led by Chip Kruger, CEO, SwiftConnect provides a software platform that enables both tenants and visitors to access different buildings and office spaces by automating the provisioning of access credentials across them.

The software consolidates siloed systems into a single cloud-enabled network, allowing an employee anywhere in the world to use a single credential to access any location, and allowing building owners and enterprises to centrally manage the adding or deleting of credentials and setting access permissions. The solution integrates with existing access control hardware and software.
