Aquant, a New York-based AI-powered Service Intelligence platform for manufacturing and service companies, raised $10m in Series A funding.
The round was led by Lightspeed, with participation from World Trade Ventures, Angular Ventures and SilverTech Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to continue to expand operations.
Founded in 2016 by CEO Shahar Chen and COO Assaf Melochna, Aquant provides an enterprise AI platform that applies artificial intelligence and natural language processing for companies’ CRM, Asset Management and Workforce Management data silos.
Its data-driven technology mines historical data for insights, merges all existing data silos and creates one centralized SaaS platform for all service data and decision making as well as to eliminate the unplanned downtime of products in a profitable way.
