Semble Ventures, formerly Amaranthine, a San Francisco, CA-based venture capital firm, is raising its second fund of $50m.
According to a document filed with the SEC, Semble Partners II, LLC, has not raised any funds, yet.
Led by David Kelly and Patrick Murphy, the firm backs technical and repeat founders across the EU & US.
Previous investments included:
- Hopin valued at $5.6bn and
- Standard Cognition valued at $1.0bn.
