Pollen Careers, a London, UK-based provider of a job platform, raised £112K in funding.
The funding round, which was run via SeedLegals, reached 100% of the target amount in one week and closed the round after being overfunded by 12%.
The company intends to use the funds to scale operations to accommodate more employers, meet demand, automate processes and product design.
Launched in 2023, by Sophie O’Brien, Pollen Careers provides a platform which aims to make the entry-level job market a more inclusive and equitable space enabling young job seekers to access personalised support, skills and opportunities they need, and giving employers access to a diverse pool of talented individuals ready to make an impact.
Since its inception, Pollen Careers has built and supported a community of over 2,500 entry-level candidates and served companies such as Cubitts, HPS Engineering, MyBigCareer, Kitt and more.
