Pearl, a West Hollywood, CA-based company which specialises in artificial intelligence (AI) solutions for dentistry, received an investment from Dental Innovation Alliance VC Fund I.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Led by CEO Ophir Tanz, Pearl provides an AI for dentistry that offers a less invasive approach to dental diagnostics. Its FDA-cleared AI software helps dentists improve the efficiency, consistency, and accuracy of x-ray evaluations and streamlines practice operations with actionable clinical performance and patient health insights.
Commenting on the news, Ophir Tanz said: “DIA’s investment, guidance, and network, will help us accelerate our growth trajectory and further expand our reach to dental practices globally.
