LeadsOnline, a Plano, TX-based provider of data, technology, and intelligence tools for law enforcement agencies, acquired Nighthawk.Cloud, an Englewood, Colorado-based company which specializes in investigative data visualization and analysis.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
This combination brought Nighthawk’s analysis capabilities into the LeadsOnline suite of investigative solutions to enhance law enforcement’s ability to expedite criminal investigations.
Nighthawk.Cloud offers data analytics and visualization tools which streamline the analysis of intricate investigative data, enabling law enforcement agencies to expedite case resolutions. With expertise in digital data identification, targeting, acquisition, and analysis, the company’s solutions are used in the field of digital data exploitation focusing on communication providers, social media, and commonly leveraged law enforcement technologies.
