CareerArc, a Burbank, CA-based provider of social recruiting software and services, acquired Lumina, a Portland, OR-based provider of a SaaS platform for generating visual job postings at scale.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
The acquisition enables CareerArc to take a major step towards providing automated video creation capabilities to its clients.
