Allen Control Systems, an Austin, TX-based defense technology company, raised $12M in Seed funding.
The round was led by Craft Ventures with participation from Forum Ventures and Rally Ventures.
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts.
Founded by CEO Steven Simoni, CTO Luke Allen, and COO Mike Wior, Allen Control Systems is a defense technology company building counter-drone robotic gun systems capable of neutralizing large numbers of lethal drones.
The company also has offices in Alexandria, VA.
