AccessHope Raises $33M in Series B Funding

AccessHope, a Duarte, CA-based cancer benefit company, raised $33M in Series B funding.

Backers included City of Hope.

The company intends to use the funds to further enhance its growth including product and technology development, oncology network expansion, and entering new markets, such as health plans, medicare and government organizations.

Led by CEO Bradley Kreick, AccessHope shares discoveries in cancer care with employees’ plans and local oncologists to help as they develop precise plans for treatment. The company offers the benefit to approximately seven million members through more than 400 employers, including over 60 Fortune 500 companies.

Foundational partners currently include founder City of Hope, Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, Emory Healthcare and Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, Fred Hutch Cancer Center, Johns Hopkins Medicine and the Sidney Kimmel Comprehensive Cancer Center at Johns Hopkins, and Northwestern Medicine and the Robert H. Lurie Comprehensive Cancer Center of Northwestern University.

Through these collaborations, members now have access to expertise from more than 350 oncologists, covering all cancer types and stages.
