Netigate, a Stockholm, Sweden-based provider of experience management solutions, acquired Lumoa, a Helsinki, Finland-based provider of a customer experience platform powered by Generative AI technology.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
With a combined portfolio of more than 1,500 customers, ranging from companies like Santander and Circle K to Credit Euro Bank, and Spotify, the organisation now provides services from its offices across Europe.
Led by CEO Mikkel Drucker, Netigate is a SaaS company whose purpose is to promote the customer, employee and consumer voice in everyday business decisions to help its customers focus on the right activities. Its feedback solution is used by over 1500 brands – such as Spotify, DB Schenker, Vodafone, Continental and EnBW. In 2022, Netigate received a major strategic investment from GRO Capital.
Led by Carlos Del Corral, CEO, Lumoa provides a customer experience platform offering Generative AI technology, which enables users to have surveys, public reviews, support contacts, and more in one place. They can ask the questions they care about and get real-time answers based on the voice of customers.
