Metaview Raises $7M in Funding

Metaview, a London, UK-based provider of an AI assistant that helps teams eradicate admin and toil from their hiring process, raised $7M in funding.

The round was led by Plural, with participation from Coelius Capital and existing investors Vertex Ventures US, Seedcamp, Village Global, as well as angels including Kyle Parrish (Figma VP of Sales), and Barney Hussey-Yeo.

The company intends to use the funds to accelerate product development and grow the team, including tripling the engineering team over the next 18 months, to build more features.

Led by CEO Siadhal Magos and CTO Shahriar Tajbakhsh, Metaview provides a platform that leverages AI to capture conversations throughout the recruitment process to create a single source of truth for hiring teams. By recording and analyzing to generating objective summaries, indexed by key topics, it is reducing the administrative burden of interviewing through automation and already saving teams at least 20 hours per hire.
