Global Screening Services, a London, UK-based RegTech company, raised $47M in Series A2 funding.
Backers included AlixPartners, Cynosure Group, and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (CBA).
The company intends to use the funds to expand operations and development efforts.
Led by CEO Tom Scampion, GSS brings global financial institutions together to deliver standards in compliance, providing a platform to enhance and exchange information. The first service delivers sanctions transaction screening, built on industry standards and improved processes.
