Founded in 2023 and led by Surojit Chatterjee, Souvik Sen, and Swati Trehan, Ema is advancing a Universal AI Employee that automates processes and workflows within an enterprise, making human employees more productive across core and functional areas. This AI powered agent integrates with enterprise applications like Zendesk, OneDrive, Google Drive, Teams, Slack, and Emails. Ema is designed to emulate the capabilities of a human employee – it can engage in conversations, comprehend context, take continuous human feedback, reason, and make informed decisions.
