Cycode, a San Francisco, CA-based company which specializes in application security posture management (ASPM), announced the acquisition of Bearer, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based provider of an AI-powered SAST, API discovery and data leak protection solution.
The amount of the deal was not disclosed.
