Cherub, a US provider of a platform to connect founders, investors and advisors, raised $1m in funding.
Backers included angel investors Alli Webb and Morgan DeBaun, among others.
The company is using the funds to expand operations and its development efforts.
Founded by angel investor, entrepreneur, and founder of Create & Cultivate, Jaclyn Johnson alongside digital product leader, Angeline Vuong, Cherub is a consumer-friendly platform for deal flow, connecting entrepreneurs and angel investors matched via a tag-based system.
